Beet hummus

Mixed leaves

Slaw & Dressing mix

Avocado
-
Cucumber

Daikon radish

Seeds

Pickled pink onions

1. Prepare the Falafels

These falafels are ready to eat but taste even better warm.

Place them on a baking tray in the center of a preheated oven.

Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C – Bake for 10-12 minutes until piping hot.
2. Add the Beet Hummus

Smother the inside of your serving bowl with the beet hummus for the best flavor experience.
3. Toss the Leaves & Slaw

Mix the leaves with the slaw and dressing, then add to the bowl.
4. Layer the Fresh Ingredients

Top with half an avocado, cucumber slices, and daikon radish.
5. Finish & Serve

Add the warm falafels to the bowl.

Sprinkle over seeds, pickled pink onions, pomegranate seeds, and spicy chickpeas.
