Chipotle Mac’n’Cheez

Ingredients:

  • Pasta

  • Salt (for boiling water)

  • Chipotle cheez sauce

  • Flatbread

  • Garlic butter

  • Breadcrumbs (for topping)

  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Method

 

  1. Cook the Pasta:

    • Boil pasta in salted water until tender (about 10 minutes).

    • Drain well, reserving some pasta water for thinning the sauce if needed.

  2. Prepare the Flatbread:

    • Warm the flatbread under a grill.

    • Spread with garlic butter.

  3. Make the Sauce:

    • Return drained pasta to the pan over medium-low heat.

    • Stir in the cheez sauce, mixing continuously until thickened.

    • If needed, add a little of the reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.

  4. Serve:​

    • Top with breadcrumbs and finely chopped fresh parsley.

    • Enjoy!
