‘Chuno’ Salad Bowl

 

Ingredients:

 

Mixed salad leaves

 

1/2 Avocado per bowl

 

Nigella seed packet

 

Marinated Corn

 

Chickpea ‘t*na’

 

Cucumber

 

Pickled pink onions

 

Omega seed mix

Method:

 

1. Build the Base:

 

Add a generous handful of mixed leaf to each salad bowl.

 

 

 

2. Prepare the Avocado:

 

Halve and peel the avocado.

 

Slice lengthways and add half to each bowl.

 

Sprinkle with the Nigella seed packet.

 

 

 

3. Char the Corn:

 

Heat a small frying pan over medium heat.

 

Fry the corn until lightly charred, then add to the bowl.

 

 

 

4. Add the Toppings:

 

Spoon in the chickpea ‘t*na’ and add sliced cucumber.

 

Top with pickled pink onions and a sprinkle of omega seeds.
